                           AGENDA.

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Treasurer’s report and presentation of Annual accounts.

3. Vote on the election of board members.

4. Vote on the two items which have gone out to ballot*.

ITEM A.  Do you agree that the Trust should start discussions with the club with the view to working on raising money for a long term ground improvement project such as new floodlights, covered terracing, etc?

 (The Trust to obtain shares in the club for any money given for this project).

 ITEM B.   Do you think the Trust should organise fundraising events in the next few months to support ‘Liam Aid’ in providing additional money for the manager’s playing budget?

Minutes of TIY Board Meeting 4th August

Trust In Yellow Statement on Concessionary prices

Trust In Yellow congratulates the club and the Chairman on the decision to reduce the concessionary price for 12-18 year olds from £9 to £5.<

Such a reduction was suggested in the Trust’s strategy document presented to the club in January and we have been asking the club for some time for such a change which we feel is an important step forward towards building our supporter base for the future.

£5 is a much more realistic price to encourage young supporters to attend matches at Haig Avenue and then hopefully to buy a season ticket which we agree is excellent value at £55.

Coach Travel

We will be running coaches to the first two away games at Kidderminster and Cambridge. For Kidderminster the coach will depart from The Arion at 3.10, The Crown at 3.20, The George at 3.25 and Haig Ave at 3.30. The fare is £15 to Trust members paid in advance £21 on the day. Non Members should add £5 to each of these prices. The Cambridge coachg will depart from The Arion at 9.10am, The Crown at 9.20, The George at 9.25 and Haig Ave at 9.30. The fare for this trip is £25 members paid in advance £30 on the day. Non members should again add £5. To book you can either ring Alan on 07980-911693 or call in to the Club Shop at any of the pre-season friendlies. Membership of TIY only costs £10 per year so if you plan on using the coaches for two games or more you will get your money back by being a member. The Trust would like to run coaches to as many games as possible and the more that travel the cheaper it becomes so please consider supporting the coaches.
